Customization Guide

• Please send us product picture and required specifications, such as wire diameter, opening size and raw material, our sales staff will listen to your needs;
• For manufacturing of complex product form, please send us your drawings or even post your samples for our engineers to discuss, and we will respond quickly. If it is possible for us to customize the product, we can send several examples for your pre-approval, and begin to mass production only after receiving your confirmation;
• If uncommon material is required, such as 310S stainless steel, we will use a cost-effective alternative like 304 stainless steel to make examples, aiming at checking whether the appearance and size are qualified. After this, we carry out mass production with your designated material;
